By accessing and using Mira ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Mira is an AI-powered calendar management platform that helps you organize, schedule, and manage your time more effectively. Our Service includes:

Subscription and Billing

Free Trial

We offer a free trial period for new users. The trial includes full access to our features for a limited time. No payment information is required during the trial.

Paid Subscriptions

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

Pricing and Service Changes

We may modify or update our pricing, subscription plans, or features of the Service from time to time. Any price changes will be communicated in advance by email (using the address linked to your Mira account) or through an in-app notification and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of Mira after the effective date of a price change constitutes your agreement to the new pricing. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. Certain refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

The Mira platform, including its code, design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Data

You retain ownership of your calendar data and content. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store this data solely for providing our services to you.

Limitation of Liability

Mira is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mira, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Eligibility

The Service is intended for users 16 years of age or older. By using Mira, you represent that you are at least 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons with reasonable notice when possible.

Continued use of Mira after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. By continuing to use Mira after the effective date of an updated Terms and Conditions, you agree to the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sydney, Australia for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
